Join us for a one-day worship conference on Saturday 9th September at the BCEC. We’re gathering worship teams from all over the UK to share, develop and learn from each other.
The very heart of worship, as the Bible makes clear, is the business of expressing, from the depths of our spirits, the highest possible honour we can offer before God.
– R. C. Sproul
At DOXA 23, we want to get back to the heart of worship, and remember who it is that we worship, and why it is that we worship. We want to empower and encourage your worship ministry to worship deeper and truer.
And we also want to create space for the practical questions. What’s the reason for congregational worship? How do we build worship teams? How do we manage multi-lingual worship services? How do we develop a worship set? There are definite challenges and unique aspects of asian-heritage churches that we hope to be able to learn and share from. These are all practical things we hope to discuss at this year’s DOXA.
It’s been a while since we’ve had a chance to come together. So let’s join together, in worship and celebration of our king.
Registration opens from 9:30am, with the first session starting at 10am. Lunch will be included mid-way through the day, and we aim to finish at 16:30pm.
We’ll be having worship, keynote sessions, workshops, and time to connect and network with asian-heritage churches from around the country!
